BLENDING IS the winemaking art of combining the best aspects each individual wine or variety has offer to create something that is greater than its individual parts. In this way, a blend aims to enhance the wine experience by developing more complementary aromas, textures and flavours. The goal is to develop a “balanced” wine style that fits into the guv’nor family of wines.

We look for the best vineyards and terroir across Spain to source our grapes. For the guv’nor wines we have the luxury of skipping the administrative obligations in each region. Instead, we focus solely on finding the right quality and style characteristics for our vineyard fruit. Finally our master winemaker assesses each parcel of wine to assemble the winning blend, spending hours or sometimes days working to deliver the winning wine in your glass. Chin Chin!
